Abstract

Perilaku agresi verbal merupakan sikap kurangnya kemampuan untuk menahan emosinya dan selalu berpikir pendek tanpa memikirkan dampak yang akan diterimanya. Fenomena yang ditemukan dilapangan diantaranya : (1) beberapa siswa memangil dengan sebutan hewan (2) mengatakan kalimat bodoh (3) fitnahan dan mengejek. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa dan sampel 4 siswa yag diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data ini mengunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki masalah agresi verbal setelah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik Cognitive behavior terlihat perubahan perilaku seperti Perubahan perilaku untuk tidak mengucapkan kalimat – kalimat agresi verbal. Berdasarkan perubahan yang dialami oleh keempat siswa tersebut, dengan demikian pemberian peranan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik pendekatan Cognitive behavior dapat mengentaskan masalah agresi verbal pada siswa kelas X agama 2 MAN Kota Palangka Raya.
